THE INDUSTRIAL ZONES OF SAINT-EUSTACHE

The manufacturing activity of the MRC de Deux-Montagnes is located mainly in the industrial zones of Saint-Eustache.  It was in 1961 that the city obtained its first industrial zone.  Since then, three industrial zones were developed inside the limits of Saint-Eustache.  Currently, a second industrial zone is about to take shape.

Canvassing and the promotion of industrial spaces are ensured by the city of Saint-Eustache in partnership with the CLD de la MRC de Deux-Montagnes.  The city negotiates all the elements surrounding the sale of municipal industrial lands, while the CLD gives support to the companies in starting their new projects or the companies with a project of expansion on the territory of the industrial zones.
